email: jacksons@limacatholic.org Welcome to the start of the 2010-2011 school year! This will be my 18th year of teaching Kindergarten at St. Charles. I taught Half Day Kindergarten for 7 years and Full Day Kindergarten the last 10. I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.A in Elementary Education. This past summer I renewed my teaching certificate and am ready to begin. My husband Scott and I have 2 children, Kennedy and Keaton. Kennedy is a seventh grader at Delphos St. John and Keaton is a third grader. My husband Scott works at Tom Ahl Buick.
Kindergarten is a time of new beginnings. I want all of the children to be excited when they leave school and look forward to coming back the next day.
My goal in teaching is to create meaningful experiences that will help your child develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually. I believe that all children can be successful learners. It is important to keep in mind that children do not experience success in the same manner, at the same rate, nor on the same level. Even though children learn differently, they can all learn!
