Serious Threats Serious Threats
We try to treat all students in a fair and consistent manner while addressing the safety needs of 1. A minimum three day suspension or until #2 below is fulfilled. 2. A professional evaluation to be administered by a licensed psychologist of the school’s choosing to evaluate violent tendencies and the likelihood of future violence. If the psychologist offers recommendations for the student’s return to school they must be met before his/her return. The school is not limited to this recommendation. If, in the principal's opinion, the student's behavior has risen to a level which would require a more severe punishment, he/she may pursue a different course of action. 3. A report to the Lima City Police may be filed and further legal steps may be taken at the discretion of the authorities. 4. For pastoral care, the child and the parent(s) must meet with a priest from St. Charles Parish to discuss the incident. 5. The student and parent(s) must meet with the principal to write a contractual agreement for return to school. 6. Expulsion. | ||
